Meet the Team
Charlotte Bradshaw
CEO & Co-Founder
Charlotte has a breadth of skills and experience ranging from project management, business development, and marketing in the corporate, not-for-profit and SME sectors. She has a mind for identifying client-facing problems and implementing innovative solutions. Her passion for patient recruitment started 6 years ago at a clinical research site heading up the marketing and patient recruitment teams where she experienced first-hand the challenges and pitfalls of traditional patient recruitment. Since then, Charlotte has applied her knowledge and experience from other disciplines and industries to the patient recruitment sector.
Andrew Woods
CTO & Co-Founder
Andrew has over 15 years IT industry experience, including roles in Web Development, Software Engineering, Management and Consultancy.
He has a background working with both large organisations and tech start ups, providing expertise for on-premise and cloud solutions.
When he’s not working he enjoys playing football and spending time with his family.
